Please note: At this time, we are currently accepting Anthem insurance (HMO/PPO) and Sentara (HMO/PPO). We are not contracted for medicaid or medicare at this time. We do not file to secondary or tertiary insurance companies, but will be able to provide a “superbill” so you can file to the insurance company for any out of pocket costs not covered by your primary policy.
