At Mana Psychiatry and Wellness, LLC, we believe in empowering patients to live their lives to the fullest by becoming their own best advocates.
We specialize in the treatment of children, adolescents, and adults with various forms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and associated co-occurring disorders.
We believe in working collaboratively with your therapist and your primary care physician to provide a comprehensive, holistic, and individualized approach to treatment. Together we’ll set goals that help you get back on the path to finding the best version of yourself. For this reason, all patients will be screened prior to scheduling an initial evaluation, to ascertain whether we can meet their specific needs and treatment goals.
Our practice is designed for highly motivated patients who will view treatment as an everyday task and not solely depend on office visits alone.
All patients are screened prior to the initial consultation. If Mana Psychiatry and Wellness, LLC is a good fit for you, you will be asked to complete a patient history via our confidential patient portal. We ask that your history, consents and all other required paperwork be completed before your initial appointment.
Please note: You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
With the exception of Anthem Health Insurance (PPO/HMO) and Optima Health Insurance (PPO,HMO), we are considered out-of-network providers for individuals with other insurance plans. We offer reasonable, service-based pricing for those individuals without insurance or those who prefer to pay out of pocket. If you choose to use your insurance for reimbursement purposes, Mana can work with you as an Out of Network (OON) provider. Patients with out-of-network coverage may be eligible for partial or full reimbursement from their insurance companies. Others elect to use their health or flex account, which may cover all of the fees and also provide some tax advantages. It is important to check with your insurance company for information on authorizations, deductibles, and co-payments.
Mana Psychiatry requests payments prior to your visit and will provide you with a receipt following your visit with the necessary information required to obtain any reimbursement based on your health care plan upon request.
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation- (60-90 minutes) - $250.00 - $300.00
On your initial visit to Mana Psychiatry and Wellness, LLC, a comprehensive medical history will be gathered; taking into account your past experience with psychiatry and psychology, medical problems, and other stressors that may be contributing to your symptoms. At Mana Psychiatry and Wellness, LLC, we pride ourselves on creating a treatment plan that includes lifestyle modifications, diet, exercise, natural remedies, and medication when indicated. Typically, the first visit may last from 60-90 minutes.
Follow-up Appointments:
Standard (20-30 minutes) - $125.00
Extended (45-50 minutes) - $180.00
Extended (60 minutes) - $250.00
Follow-up appointments include medication management and supportive psychotherapy. Your provider will help you to evaluate and monitor your progress, track the improvement of symptoms, establish treatment goals, and discuss any side effects or questions you have about your treatment.
Patients can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime as long as they provide a 24 hour notice. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged $50.00. If you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full fee. Charges will be reflected on your credit card.

At this time we are offering secure and convenient appointments via telehealth. Depending on the circumstances, some patients may need to be seen in person. Directions to our office will be given at that time.
